旋轉(zhuǎn)編碼器簡稱編碼器也稱同步輪，其主要工作原理是通過一個(gè)外部同步輪與內(nèi)部一圈360度均勻布滿光柵電路相聯(lián)接，每轉(zhuǎn)動微小一個(gè)角度并會產(chǎn)生對應(yīng)的脈沖數(shù)。外部同步輪與客戶生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)線進(jìn)行摩擦方式進(jìn)行同步，從而獲取生產(chǎn)流水線的速度，并可以實(shí)時(shí)跟蹤產(chǎn)線速度變化，達(dá)到產(chǎn)線速度快而獲取速度快作用。
